 Every year local police officers play a hockey game against local Fire Fighters at the MAVERICK CENTER. My brother in law Eric White (Davis Co. UHP Trooper) is a member of the Guns team. We had a great time with friends and family watching Uncle Eric play. The Guns beat the Hoses 10-2!!!  The kids were able to sit down by the ice for the Guns n Hoses game and had front row seats to a beatdown after a "Hose" illegally checked a "Gun". For the first time in Guns n Hoses history they had two players ejected for fighting. It was a fun game to watch!! Eric had one assist, and a penalty of 2 minutes in the penalty box.

After the Guns n Hoses game, we ate dinner at Red Robin, then went back to watch the Utah Grizzlies play the Idaho Steelheads.   We had 7th row seats right by the goal. The kids had a blast dancing to the music, trying to get on the jumbo tron...It was an awesome game going into over time at 1-1... then a shoot-out where the Grizzlies pulled through beating the Steelheads 1-0!!

Overall...a great night we won't soon forget!! :)
